This one was a pain in the rear I just couldn't get it to pop, eventually I tried 

Loadout:

1 you need a poison weapon 
2 ally named Katsuhime upgraded to LVL 2 call her she instantly daze the nearest enemy with a bomb.

The plan:
Just call Katsuhime wait for her to throw the bomb that causes the enemy
to daze then simply perform a finisher 

 

Pointers: 

Do this on a 3 bar enemy, best and one that worked for me was a Ronin, they are normally alone. Once he is dazed by the bomb, just mash RB RT over and over with poison weapon to trigger the finisher. Enjoy the trophy!
